A CLOUDED PRESIDENCY

 

THE PRESIDENCY OF DONALD TRUMP IS LIKE A GIANT THUNDERHEAD HANGING OVER THE WHOLE COUNTRY. PERHAPS WHEN IT FINALLY BURST IT WILL BRING A CLEANSING RAIN AND WITH IT A RESTORATION OF CLARITY EVERYONE WILL NEED.

 

TRUMP'S BEHAVIOR AND SPEECH IS FROM THE "OLD GUARD".DATING ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE 1800'S WHEN WHITE MEN WERE AFRAID OF LOOSING THEIR JOBS AND THEIR WAY OF LIFE. THEY FEARED THE BLACK MAN AND THE IMMIGRANT AND ANYTHING OUTSIDE THEIR OWN BELIEFS. FROM THIS HISTORY THEY TOOK OVER THE JUDICIAL SYSTEMS AND FOR AWHILE THE FATES OF THE COUNTRY.  THUS BEGAN THE KLU KLUX KLAN.

 

UNFORTUNATELY THE MIND SET OF PREJUDICE, FEAR AND HATE

 NEVER REALLY DIED. AND NOW WE ARE IN THE MIDST OF A RAGING STORM OF  ANGER, ABUSE, AND DANGER. THIS IS A STORM I KNOW I HAVE TO MAKE A CHOICE TO SURVIVE. A CLOUD I MUST SEE THROUGH.  I CHOOSE TO SEE BALANCE, HARMONY, AND LOVE AS MY TRUE INTERNAL VISION AND A VISION FOR THE WORLD.

WHEN THE FIRES ARE RAGING IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AS THEY ARE NOW , I THINK OF WHAT I CALL "THE ANGEL OF DEATH". I FIRST SAW THIS HUGE CLOUD WHICH WE PHOTOGRAPHED IN THE SKY OVER SOUTH REDONDO BEACH.

WAS THE UNIVERSE TRYING TO WARN US OF THE DEVASTATION OF FIRES TO COME? THE COUNTRYSIDE OF S. CAL. IS BEAUTIFUL WITH CANYONS AFTER CANYONS OF LUSH GREEN FOILAGE. BUT BECAUSE OF THE DROUGHT, THE GREENERY IS DRIER THAN DRY. AND NOW, WITH WINDS AND HOT TEMPERATURES, THE LEAST LITTLE BLAZE CAN TURN INTO THE MOST DANGEROUS FIRE. TORNADO LIKE FLAMES RISE IN THE SKY AND THE EMBERS ARE CARRIED IN THE WIND MILES AND MILES AWAY TO START YET ANOTHER UNCONTAINED INFERNO.

NOW WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER AND EVEN NOVEMBER WITH POSSIBLE CONDITIONS WHICH PRODUCE THE KIND OF FIRES WE NOW HAVE. I DO HOPE THOSE ANGELS OF THE SKY HELP ALL THOSE FIRE FIGHTERS OUT THERE AS THEY BATTLE THE EXTREME FIRES. WE NEED ALL THE HEAVENLY HELP WE CAN GET.

I really like and voted for Obama. but when he carried out his plans to capture and kill Osama Bin Laden, I felt a complete sadness. This kind of negative retribution has only increased the hate, violence and terrorism. I think the presidency of a Donald Trump will do the same

WHILE PEOPLE ACROSS THE UNITED STATES WATCH CONFUSION AND IGNORANCE PLAY OUT ACROSS THE TV AND COMPUTER SCREENS, THEIR REAL ISSUES AND NEEDS FOR CLEAN AIR AND CLEAN WATER GET IGNORED. CHILDREN GO TO SCHOOL IN UNSAFE NEIGHBORHOODS IN DIRTY BROKEN DOWN CLASSROOMS. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO EXIST IF YOU ARE ANYTHING BUT A RICH POLITICIAN WHO IS WHITE, UNINFORMED, AND A DEMI-GOD DECLARING HIMSELF WORTHY OF LEADING THE PEOPLE.

I CANNOT BELIEVE I HAVE TO LISTEN TO SUCH A HATE MONGER, SO I DO NOT. I TURN HIM AND HIS SUPPORTERS OFF. I AM NOT SURE THERE IS ANYONE IN POLITICS WHO IS WILLING TO USE THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS TO BRING ABOUT CHANGE
 TO RALLY THE PEOPLE FOR THE WORK IT IS GOING TO TAKE TO MAKE THE REAL ISSUES AND NEEDS OF AMERICA A PRIORITY.

I LOVE MY FEELINGS is a book for all ages because at any age we are learning the world of emotions. We want to know what we are feeling and how to express those feelings or even how to hide them. In the book I describe emotions as neither good nor bad but just real feelings from your spirit which means we are human.

Trouble comes when we judge ourselves for our angry feelings and the angry feelings they provoke in us and then begin to act on those angry feelings. It is better to say we feel angry and ask directly for what we need. FULL MOON - FMS

 

Dear Friends,

 

I once joked I had FMS or full moon syndrome - meaning before the full moon, on the full moon and the day after my life just seemed to fall apart. During this time, I always had mood swings, an aching body, and an unfocused spirit. I know there are scientific and esoteric explanations for this but nothing seemed to help me go through my three day torment every single month.

 

 One day I confessed this dilemma to a friend well versed in the Jewish wisdom of the kabbalah.

 He explained I did not understand the cycles of nature and how to integrate the mysteries of the universe into my own life cycles.

 

I had to think about this for a long time. My friend was not one to be forthcoming in how to understand and how to integrate the new information ... that was always my journey to learn and my responsibility.

 

I eventually decided to just slow my life down around the full moon while embracing the enlightening energy. I quit planning trips or big events at FMS time. I was careful to treat my body with lots of tender loving care, plenty of rest, and good organic food and drink. I also made sure I spent one on one time with positive, supportive and loving people.

 

Did this work? It did. I now have FMJ or full moon joy.
